When you select Lifetime Focus, you must choose one of four investment models. Two of the investment models have 60% equity and 40% fixed income fund allocations, and two have 80% equity and 20% fixed income fund allocations.

You may switch among models by transferring 100% of your contract value from one investment model to another. Transfers from 60% equity/40% fixed income to 80% equity/20% fixed income and vice versa can only be made on each quarterly anniversary. Partial transfers or transfers within an allocation model are not permitted. Accounts will be automatically rebalanced four times each year: March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1.

There is no assurance that investing in any model will increase the contract value of your variable annuity. Investments in each investment option will fluctuate and may be worth more or less than your original investment.
