|

- No annual asset-based mortality; expense risk or administrative charges.
- a seven-year declining contingent deferred sales charge (CDSC) applies to amounts withdrawn or surrendered if they have been in the contract for less than seven contract years.

Clear cut valuation
|
- Contract value is equal to:
- the deposits received by GIAC; plus
- any applicable interest credited; less
- all withdrawals; less
- any applicable CDSC and any annuity taxes.

Access to accumulations
|
- Charge-free withdrawals equal to the sum of:
- the excess of the contract value on the date of withdrawal over the unliquidated deposits that have been in the contract for less than seven years.
- the greater of zero or 10% of deposits that have been in the contract for less than seven (7) contract years, minus the aggregate amount of all prior withdrawals of such deposits made during the current contract year that have not been subject to a contingent deferred sales charge and that were unliquidated deposits. This is referred to as the 10% free withdrawal provision.
- All other withdrawals, or surrendering the contract, would be subject to the CDSC and any applicable annuity taxes.
